DETERMINATION OF TOTAL ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY AND ASCORBIC ACID IN SELECTED GREEN VEGETABLES

Based on ANOVA analysis, it shows a significant difference among all the samples (p<0.01). The results of the study reveal that 'pucuk ubi' contain highest antioxidant activity in both type of extraction namely methanol and water extraction with 70% and 54% respectively.
