PHASE ANALYSIS OF Zn₀.₉Cu₀.₁O
The aim of this study was to synthesis ZnO substituted with 10% of Copper Zn₀.₉Cu₀.₁O. The author discovered that the high percentage (10%) of Copper could not be substituted into the ZnO.
