EFFECTS OF INFUSION AND STEEPING CONDITIONS ON THE TOTAL PHENOLIC CONTENT OF Centella asiatica USING FOLIN-CIOCAL TEAU METHOD

This research were conducted in order to determine the total phenolic content in aqueous extarcts of Centella asiatica prepared from infusion in hot boiling water with steeping time of 5 minutes and 15 minutes using Folin-Ciocalteau method.
