DETERMINATION OF ASCORBIC ACID, TOTAL PHENOLIC CONTENT AND ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITIES IN TURMERIC LEAF

Ascorbic acid content and total phenolic content of fresh fruit juices were determined by volumetric and Folin-Ciocalteu reagent method respectively.
