In talking about a healthy lifestyle, fitness activities are among the important activities for health. This book focuses on the importance of fitness activities to the elderly, women and children. A description of how the form of fitness and weight training that can be done by each individual from these three groups is described to guide the group. Since weight problems have become one of the most feared phenomena by most people, especially women, then this book also explains how to design an effective weight loss program as well as explain how women can do proper weight training.
