 The concept and practice of organizing and retrieval of information has become popular due to innovation, collaboration as well as increasingly sharp competition in gaining excellence for every institution that manages information on a daily basis, such as documentation centers, archival institutions, museums, libraries, and so on. Standardization of organization and information retrieval reflects a standard and increases the capacity of institutions in implementing any activity or business process that requires serious attention related to information. Therefore, institutions must understand the concepts and practices of organizing and information retrieval properly and correctly. Through good organizing and information retrieval can determine innovation excellence to ensure and agile information managers or professionals.
