 Education is highly valued by everyone whether educated or not. What is the most basic difference between education and Islamic education? Looking at the use of the term education at the present time, it shows that the term has not been fully understood or there is ambiguity in understanding its true meaning. Ambiguity also occurs in the terminology of Islamic Education which limits it only to the study of naqli knowledge as if intellectual knowledge is not part of the comprehensive scope of Islamic education. This dichotomy sort of extends the traditional lag of education dualism which is not in line with the original concept of Islamic education
