 Expert opinion is one of the popular methods of proof today, especially involving criminal cases. The principles of justice, combating injustice and protecting the oppressed are the main foundations of Islamic justice. A judge who adheres to the principles of justice will make every effort to ensure that the oppressed party is protected and the oppressor is punished accordingly. So the court will use various methods to find justice such as the use of expert services. If something is outside the judge's field and expertise, it is the judge's responsibility to refer to experts including dentists. Dentists play an important role in unraveling mysteries in cases of death, murder, rape and so on that cannot be unraveled directly by the court. The syarak recognizes the services of experts and there are legal provisions that accept expert testimony to help judges make the right decision
