 Today's education demands that every health professional is properly educated about the mechanisms by which climate change places our existence and well-being at risk. Public health professionals must be especially knowledgeable about the health dangers of climate change, who is most vulnerable and how they are vulnerable. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, administrators and public health leaders must be educated to understand the nature of the approaching or recurring environmental challenges associated with climate change.
