 The copy of Bustān al-Salāṭīn was composed by Shaykh Nūr al-Dīn al-Rānīrī, a high-ranking scholar in the Aceh Dār al-Salām kingdom. Not many people know that this manuscript contains 'medical science' which is placed in the seventh chapter. It is clear that al-Rānīrī sees medical science as important in life and state management. Interestingly, the existence of this manuscript in Aceh itself used to be rare. Kebun Segala Raja-Raja is a study of two copies of Bustān al-Salāṭīn from the Ali Hasjmy Museum and Education Foundation and Dayah Tanoh Abee in Aceh which are the first to be studied and compared. This manuscript is the earliest written documentation in Malay and has its own uniqueness such as including anatomy and herbal medicine. Its scientific content at the same time completely and factually rejects the claims of Orientalists such as Snouck Hurgronje that Malay medicine is mystical and superstitious medicine
