They have made bolg an interactive social publication through a digital creative process known as the engagement creative process. Through the creative process of involvement, the authors of popular Malay novels such as evelyn rose and umie nadzimah have invited readers to become co-authors to produce their novels. This creative process is also a digital marketing process where the marketing of the novels has already starting from the works in their creation stage. The creative process of involvement and digital marketing is also related to neuromarketing (neuromarketing) where readers have shown their cognitive and effective response to marketing stimuli (marketing stimuli) presented by the author
