The economis impact of the number of tourism movements globally is enormous. The hospitality industry is a broad category of fields within the service industry that includes lodging, restaurants, event planning, theme parks, transportation, cruise line, and additional fields within the tourism industry. The hospitality industry is a several billion dollar industry that mostly depends on the availability of leisure time and disposable income. A hospitality unit such a s a restaurant, hotel, or even an amusement park consists of multiple groups such as facility maintenance, direct operations (servers, housekeepers, porters, kitchen workers, bartenders, etc.), management, marketing, and human resources. The Indian tourism and hospitality industry has emerged as one of the key drivers of growth among the services sectorin India. Tourism in India has significant potentialconsidering the rich cultural and historical heritage, variety in ecology, terrains and places of natural beauty spread across the country. Tourism is also a potentially large employment generator besides being a significant source if foreign exchange for the country. India's Foreign Exchange Earning (FEEs) increased 20.4 per cent year- on- year between January - November 2017 to US$ 24.655 billion. Every care has been taken to include material in accordance with the course contents of the students at various level of their studies.
