Summary: | Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanostructures with six different molarities with ratio 1:1 prepared by catalytic immersion method were successfully grown on gold-seeded silicon substarte with Zinc itrate Hexahydare (Zn(NO3)2.6H2O) is used as a precursor and stabilized with non-toxic urea (CH4N2O). The optical properties were analyzed by using photoluminescence spectrometer show stronger UV emission with energy bandgap for the samples are in the range of 3.08 eV-3.22 eV. |
