OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF POLYMER SEMICONDUCTOR BY USING POLY (N - VANYLCARBAZOLE) EMBEDDED WITH TITANIUM DIOXIDE

The optical properties of PVK : TiO2 that are containing the composition of PVK in 90%, 70% and 50% are reported by using UV-vis spectrophotometer. The optical results obtained were analyzed in terms of the absorption formula for amorphous semiconductor.
