THE STUDY OF EFFECT OF NEUTRON RADIATION TO ZINC OXIDE NANOSTRUCTURE

Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanostructures prepared by sol gel method were successfully grown on glass substrate using Zinc nitrate hexahydrate (Zn(NO3)₂.6H₂O) as pre cursor, separately stabilized with non-toxic urea (CH₄N₂O) and hexamethylene tetraamine (HMTA).
