DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF OPTICAL Y-SHAPE CHANNEL WAVEGUIDE
Fabrication waveguide is using a simple technique. It just used spin coater to coat the glass or to make layer onto the surface of the glass slides. Waveguide was fabricating in the planar and in channel.
