PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF ZINC OXIDE THIN FILMS BY USING SPIN COATING METHOD
Highly prefential c-axis orientation ZnO thin films in silicon and glass substrate have been achieved by sol-gel method. Structural investigation including surface morphology and microstructure was carried out by SEM measurement. Also, optical properties were determined by UV-VIS spectrum analysis.
