THE PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF CARBON NANOTUBES BY NEWLY DEVELOPED SPRAY PYROLYSIS CVD METHOD USING VARIOUS BIOMASS MATERIAL AS PRECURSOR
Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) were prepared by newly developed spray pyrolisis chemical vapor deposition method. Palm oil and turpentine oil were used as precursor materials. The mixture of nickel nitrate and silicon dioxide were used as catalyst.
