EFFECT OF YB3+ CO-DOPING ON THE PHOTOLUMINESCENCE PROPERTIES OF SIO2-ZRO2:ER3+WAVEGUIDE
There were five samples with 25 to 30 layers thin films were deposition on the fused silica substrate by dip-coating technique. The mean transmittance in the visible region was over 70% and 80% for the Er3+:Yb3+ molar ratio.
