Azlan is a physician and Head of Emergency and Trauma Services. He works on the tourist island of Langkawi, one of 104 islands on the island of Laut Andaman about 30km northwest of Peninsular Malaysia. He graduated from the Medical School of Dalhouse University, Hallifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She was undaunted in revealing the hardships her family experienced with the diagnosis of three different types of cancer over a short period of time.
