 The Fiqh Munakahat Book for Persons with Disabilities (OKU) is the third series from the Fiqh Collection for the Disabled which comprehensively discusses the implementation of marriage and its principles for the disabled according to the Syarak perspective. This book also comprehensively discusses the marriage laws of disabled people including divorce and its division, reference, maintenance, hadhanah and so on, taking into account the reality of disabled people in Malaysia.
