Nutritional Quality and Safety of Marine Fish & Shellfish
Describes the fishery scenario in Malaysia. Two types of fish demersal and pelagic are typically harvested in South China Sea and Straits of Malacca. Besides fish, shellfish such as prawn, squid and cockles are also harvested in Malaysian freshwater and seawater.
