The main focus of this book is the implications of Article 3 of the Federal Constitution which declares Islam as a religion for the Federation. In addition, the book also leads to scrutiny of other provisions of the Constitution confirming and guaranteeing the position of Islam and its institutions; such as Articles 5, 11, 12, 37, 121(1A), 150 and Fourth Schedule.
