 This book is written based on the author's experience in teaching Accounting and Finance to pre- university and undergraduate students. The content is prepared in a simple and understandable manner as it is aimed at students who are beginners in learning accounting and finance. There are 15 topics as covered in this book. Each topic is presented in a simple and easy to understand format with bullet notes, illustrations and examples for easy reading and understanding. The purpose is to help and guide students in understanding the processes and techniques of accounting recording, analysis and financial decision making. Learning could be enhanced through group work activities in the classroom, internet searches and library research. Students are encouraged to use this book with the lecturer's guidance and as supplementary notes to the recommended textbooks as well as other suggested references. For a complete understanding of the subject, it is strongly recommended that the students read beyond what is written in this book and engage in self-research activities.
