Squid is a type of marine product with various uses, either in fresh or dried form. As the landing of fresh squid is seasonal, using a machine for drying the octopus is necessary. Several preliminary tests are required for squid drying. Machine drying can prevent damage and loss, accelerate production, and ensure an adequate supply of squid throughout the year.
