 Maple is a powerful mathematical software produce by Maplesoft Inc. The purpose of these worksheets is to provide a step-by-step guide for Novice Maple software's users. These worksheets are specially written for pre-calculus students and those who do not have any basic skills in using Maple software. The worksheets contain commands and syntaxes used in thirteen areas in pre-calculus course. Each worksheet contains activities with guided commands and syntaxes. The 'output' of each activity is given for users to enhance their skills. 'Hands-on' are designed for users to practice and consolidate the commands and syntaxes used in the worksheets. This worksheet contains thirteen sub-topics in the Pre-Calculus course. Each worksheet starts with 'objectives' and followed by 'introduction' to the worksheet. Next, the Maple commands and syntaxes of the related topics were introduced. Activities with the guided commands and syntaxes for each topic were written to guide students to use the software for the related topics. The 'Output' in the activities was given for users to check the accuracy in applying Maple commands and syntaxes. The 'Hands-on' were design for users to practices their skills and lastly, a more challenging questions were given at the last part of the worksheets as 'Test your skills'. The worksheets are guided with illustrations on using Maple software. The step-by-step illustrations act as a private tutor in assisting novice users to use the software especially in solving pre-culculus problems and plot the graphs learned in pre-calculus.
