Summary:This book presents the concept or term Ushuluddin Ushuluddin and content based on four pieces of work consisting of two works in Arabic that use titles when translated into languages ​​other than English is Forty Ushuluddin, and two works of Malay-Jawi. One of Malay-Jawi use the title of Ushuluddin and the other using the title of the faith. An Arabic-language work by Imam Fakhruddin al-Razi can be applied to the field of Usuluddin and philosophy. While another Arabic-language work written by Imam Abu Hamid al-Ghazali can be fielded in the field of Usuluddin, fiqh, morality and Sufism. However, these two Arabic books from the point of view of the title show that the number of titles, issues or problems of Usuluddin is forty even though there are differences in titles, issues, or problems contained in both in addition to the similarity of titles, issues or problems. Two works are Malay-Jawi writing Zain Ahmad bin Muihammad carrying the title of the faith, and work essay Tayyib Muhammad ibn Mas'ud al-Huda leading Usuluddin title. These two books are very different when compared to Usuluddin's two books in Arabic in terms of issues, titles or problems contained in them.
