 This book is a comparative study of federal principles enshrined in the constitutions of Malaysia and the United States. The comparative study of constitutions is a useful approach to gain a deeper understanding of the principles underlying a system of government. Although the federal constitutions of Malaysia and the United States were drafted in very different eras, the two have many similarities.
