Records of the Ryukyu Empire (Okinawa) and archeological findings prove that Hang Tuah existed. Diplomatic relations between the Malacca Empire and the Ryukyu Empire are clearly recorded in the Rekidai Hoan - a historical document certified as authentic by scholars. It is also noted that Admiral Hang Tuah was the Malacca Empire's diplomat to India, Turkey and Patani. Its influence and strength are recognized by various parties around the world. This publication is not solely based on the book Hikayat Hang Tuah and local history, but rather based on the authentic records of the Ryukyu Empire known as Okinawa |
