 In the first part of the book discusses the concept of Islamic judiciary and its development in the early stages of Islam. Next explains the procedure of prosecutors in Islam; and ethics in the syariah Court. The second part describes the administration of justice in the Syariah Courts, as well as the implementation of Islamic law in the Syariah Courts and Civil Courts. Part of the content of this book is a collection of papers that have been presented in seminars and conferences some time ago. Thus there will be provisions of the old Islamic administrative law that are still referred to despite some amendments. This aims to show the development of the law that has taken place that has been analyzed so that it is recorded in the history of the development of Islamic law and Syariah Courts in the country. Bada the last part of this book is there, there are some short articles that are loaded in the appendix section.
