 A contract of sale and purchase is an important contract and is often used by every class of society. Therefore, the effort to uncover the wisdom behind the sales contract is an important effort and needs to be paid attention to. This study is not only limited to maqasid or the purposes of sariyat alone. It also includes a debate on some current problems regarding the law of sale and purchase which indirectly adds to our knowledge of the current muamalat. This book is able to eliminate the confusion that arises in the law of sale and purchase in particular, and related to property in general.
