Summary:Internet misuse in the workplace is increasing at an overwhelming rate today. Some users do not aware of their activities. This paper will present a detail procedure to identify the Quality of Service (QoS) of the network in UNIVERSITY TEKNOLOGI MARA (UiTM). Internet and bandwidth management is implemented on how to lead the employees or users internet and badwidth solution in UiTM. This project uses Websense Enterprise applications tools which integrate to the exixting network in UiTM to manage the internet and bandwidth use.
