Besides, it also discusses halal haram products consisting of good and bad foods, kosher criteria, animal sources, halal medication, halal gelatin, cosmetics and other halal alternative materials including hair dye as well as luwak coffee. This book is an early effort of the Halal Policy and Management Laboratory, Institute of Halal Products Research, Universiti Putra Malaysia in giving a comprehensive understanding to the current issues related to halal haram.
