The experience and knowledge gained by the author in all institutions that have an early history of the practice of the creation of waqf has been used as much as possible to produce studies related to waqf institutions. The results of these studies are then presented in this book. This book discusses the concept and basis of waqf legislation which is sourced from the Qur'an, hadith and the consensus of scholars. This directly answers the accusations of Western scholars who claim that the institution of waqf existed as a result of foreign inspiration and civilizations, such as Byzantine, Roman, Jewish, German, Persian and English. Next, the greatness of the role and inconsistency.
