This newspaper is published from various locations in the country, including in Singapore which became the center of the Malay publishing world in the pre-independence period. The 100 newspapers selected in this book have recorded their own history that had an important impact on the development of Malay society. Some of them can only be published for a while, but they have a special and significant meaning for certain periods in the history of Malay newspapers
