 This book discusses matters related to faraid and the planning of the inheritance of Muslims. It consists of six chapters arranged in sequence that help readers understand the matters discussed. These include the concept of property and the ruling as well as the philosophy of faraid according to Islam. In addition, this book also contains a chapter on the issue of frozen property arising from the failure and delay of the heir to settle the estate distribution after the death of the property owner. To help readers understand the forms of inheritance planning, a specific chapter containing faraid calculation methods and methods of inheritance planning included with the related examples are also included in this book. In the last two chapters, the readers of this book will be exposed to the procedures that the heirs must undergo as well as the jurisdiction of institutions involved in the process of inheritance in Malaysia.
