Summary: | Property is one of the tests given by Allah SWT to human beings, Property can also lead people towards achieving the pleasure of the Creator and if they make a mistake, it can put people into His wrath. Naturally, a life overflowing with luxury and surrounded by many possessions is the dream and pride of most people. In this regard, there are still many who do not understand that humans are just trustees for every property they own, while Allah SWT is the real owner of property according to the Islamic perspective. Therefore, every property owned must be used and managed in the right way as prescribed. The use of property on every matter and business that is forbidden is not beneficial and has a negative impact either on oneself, family, society, and the State. In fact, it is a violation of Sharia and neglect of the trust that has been given by Allah SWT. The contribution of ideas and scientific work related to property in this book is expected to dispel misunderstandings and provide explanations about the management, use, and ownership of property according to the Islamic perspective. This book is suitable to be used as reference material and general reading for all groups of people who want to understand and appreciate the Islamic Shari'a in the use and ownership of property that covers all aspects of human life. |
