Realizing the importance of healthy and good food in life, I am determined to produce a book on Sunnah food. Hopefully, the idea of combining the ingredients practiced by Rasulullah into modern food recipes can inspire the community to diversify the healthy menu in the daily diet. Indeed, Sunnah foods such as honey, black beans, onions, black pepper, wheat, milk, pomegranate, figs, and legumes have many benefits that are proven in the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet as well as scientific studies. |
