Summary:My experience as a chef for almost 25 years, led me to travel to many countries around the world. The variety of culinary worlds I went through, taught me a lot and made me more about the relationship of food with human personal formation. True, food has a lot of influence in the growth of the intellect and instincts of every human being. Realizing the importance of healthy and good food in life, I am determined to produce a book on Sunnah food. Hopefully, the idea of combining the ingredients practiced by Rasulullah into modern food recipes can inspire the community to diversify the healthy menu in the daily diet. Indeed, Sunnah foods such as honey, black beans, onions, black pepper, wheat, milk, pomegranate, figs, and legumes have many benefits that are proven in the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet as well as scientific studies.
