A STUDY OF NPN BIPOLAR JUNCTION TRANSISTOR CHARACTERISTIC USING GUMMEL PLOT
In this report, electrical characteristics of bipolar junction transistor (BJT) are studied by using Gummel plot focusing on gain. The investigation has been carried out by using SILVACO Software tool.
