This book is aimed to cater to pre-law students and the general public in providing the basic legal knowledge on the above subjects. The book briefly explains the judicial system, statutes (Laws of Malaysia) and three other selected laws i.e. Contract. Tort and Criminal Law. The probable questions and suggested anwers appearing in this edition are prepared in line with the examination prospect. Dr. Nuraisyah Chua Abdullah, the author holds a PhD in Law and is currently with the Faculty of Law, University Teknologi MARA. She has to her credit, a number of titles, among others Conversion to Islam - Effect on Status of Marriages and Ancillary Reliefs and Family Law on Non-Muslims in Malaysia.
