This is a revised edition of Questions & Answers on Malaysian Courts, Cases & which was first published in 2004. Almost all the Chapters therein have been revised with an inclusion of a new Chapter on "The Meaning of Law from the Perspective of Jurists". This book is aimed to cater to pre-law students and the general public in providing the basic legal knowledge on the above subjects. The book briefly explains the judicial system, statutes (Laws of Malaysia) and three other selected laws i.e. Contract. Tort and Criminal Law. The probable questions and suggested anwers appearing in this edition are prepared in line with the examination prospect. Dr. Nuraisyah Chua Abdullah, the author holds a PhD in Law and is currently with the Faculty of Law, University Teknologi MARA.
