Description
Summary:The used of epoxidized soy oil as raw resin for dental application was studied. Various types of composition have been introduced in order to enhance it service life performance in dental application. The effect of resin was spin coated into film in order to get greater surface area. UV exposure is used as a curing method in producing the dental film. By varying the curing time of the dental composition different properties will be obtained. The intensity of the UV light and distance between UV light will reduce the cure time of the film. FTIR test is used in order to analyze the chemical bond in the dental film as well as determine the curing time of the dental film. UVV is test run to study the spectrum transmission behaviour of the dental film.
