 Sabil Al-Muhtadin this chapter on Fasting and Iktikaf is a highlight of the collection of problems about fasting and Iktikaf from the big book Sabil Al-Muhtadin written by Kiai Al-Imam Al-Allamah Al-Hammam Al-Fahhamah Al-Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad Bin Abdullah Al-Banjari who has copied and rearranged by al-Ustaz Mohamad Haidzir bin Hussin bin Ibrahim, then it was modernized in language to be easily understood by contemporary readers without reducing the meaning of its content and jurisprudence by al-Ustaz Fuad Ismail. In fact, the original Jawi text is still preserved for reference by readers who need it. Fasting is actually one of the community acts of worship that is closest to the hearts of Muslims after prayer.
