Description
Summary:Adherents of the Muslim religion are required to perform the obligatory prayer five times a day. The daily prayer movement can be considered a moderate physical exercise that resembles a medical therapy stretching exercise. The components of the continuous prayer movement have a positive and beneficial effect on the human body both physically and emotionally. In this book, we have discussed the movement and posture of prayer as well as its similarities with the stretching exercises certified by experts. Our study proves that the movement of the muscles during prayer is able to improve the elasticity and strength of muscles and joints.
