 This book touches on the question of why Malays/Bumiputeras deserve to be a pillar of harmony between races. However, Malays/Bumiputeras are now at a crossroads. The current political and economic climate has become a major challenge for that purpose. Therefore, the history of demanding independence, the position of the Malay Kings, the efforts of the freedom fighters and the efforts of the new Economic Policy should be analyzed to enable the Malays/Bumiputeras to organize strategies for the future interests of the country.
