 The Dynamic ESL Resource Book is created to assist ESL teachers in providing sound ESL instructions to students. The activities presented in this book provide excellent opportunities for the development of the four language skills thorugh the themes and contents which are interesting and familiar to the students. The main aim of using Theme-Based Approach for this book is to enhance students interest as emphasized by Chamot (1997). This is due to the fact that students would be more motivated in the language class when they realize they are learning concepts and skills associated with important themes and topics of daily life. The use of authentic materials which is based mostly on Malaysian culture adds to the book's specialty.
