This writing contains six chapters. The discussion begins with the concept of property and real estate as well as property ownership. The differences in the concept of ownership between Islam, Capitalism, and Socialism are also briefly touched on. Next, the concept of property disposal by the government is discussed, covering Iqta ', Ihya' al-Mawat and tahjir followed by peeling related to several types of real estate transactions in Islamic muamalat. The next reader is exposed to the meaning of 'aqd (contract) and its terms in chapter 4 which also discusses sale and purchase and its types include sale and purchase with the cash price, deferred price (Bay' Bithaman Ajil sale with profit increase (Murabahah), mortgage and rental. You can read about the concepts and methods of property development in Islam namely musaqah, muzaraah and mukhabarah in chapter 5. Ethical methods in property management and development such as Ubudiyyah, trust, sincerity, responsibility, virtue, and the principle of beauty are also discussed. The end of this book discusses the institution of baitulmal, its sources, and its role in the development of the country in the history of Islam. The concept and application of baitulmal in Malaysia is also touched on.
