Overall this book will focus on issues related to the characters in the organization and their impact on the development of the organization. Reading this book means that you have understood the characters that exist around you, which at one time you may not have cared about their existence and did not feel it could have an impact on the organization. I am always on the lookout for organizational related issues and I see the characters inherent in them being able to have an impact either positively or negatively on the organization. Hopefully this book can open minds to think together as well as a more comprehensive discussion towards a more excellent organization in the future. |
