Summary: | This book is the result of the study of Islam in modern times. Indeed, in this modern era that began around 1800 A.D., Muslims around the world were often hit with various threats and conflicts. Threats and conflicts are usually closely linked to evil activities and betrayal by Western colonists and their allies who are reluctant to respect the right of Muslims to practise a true Islamic way of life. As a result, turmoil and crises never ended. In discussing the topics studied, the authors in this book have put forward some interesting additional cases, so that this book has ten chapters in all. In this regard, the focus is on the threats of Zionism, Qadianism, and Secularism, as well as the movement of the army in the regions of peace of the Muslims, the misconceptions caused by modernism, and the subsequent reactions of the Islamic people in the form of pan-Slamism, Islamic and Tajid movements, and the intifada. The other chapters are about the Muhammadiyah movement in Indonesia, the thoughts and struggles of Allamah Muhammad Iqbal, Sayyid Ahmad Khan's thoughts, Sayyid Jamaluddin al-Afghani's thoughts and struggles, and the case of the Intifada in Palestine. Through this exposure, it is expected that Muslims will be more sensitive and prepared to face various threats and conflicts that will not end as long as the West and its allies choose to oppose and oppose the Muslims wherever they are |
